SMS Terms of Service

Corporate Quarters USA (“Corporate Quarters,” “CQUSA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates an SMS messaging program for guests and prospective guests. These SMS Terms of Service govern that program and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Corporate Quarters USA relating to your inquiry, reservation, and stay. These are customer care and account notification messages, and may include:

Reservation confirmations and booking updates
Move-in instructions, access information, and arrival details
Check-in and check-out reminders
Maintenance coordination and service updates
Requested documents and billing notices
Responses to guest-service requests during your stay

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this program.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form at staycqusa.com/contact-us, or by replying START to a message from us. The consent box is unchecked by default and must be selected by you.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or reservation.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your stay and your requests.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Corporate Quarters USA does not charge for messages sent through this program; charges from your mobile carrier are your responsibility.

5. How to Opt Out

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from this program. To opt back in, reply START.

7. Carrier Liability

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Supported Carriers

Major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and T-Mobile, are supported. Carrier support may change without notice.

9. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who deliver our text messages on our behalf.
