Susan Krupa – President

Hailing from across the pond. Susan, a true Brit spread her wings and moved to the USA in 1998 bringing her Interior design skills with her, to work with a large builder in the USA. In 2001 she created Corporate Quarters USA moving her talents into furnishing apartment-style homes for FEMA and its contractors, becoming the industry-first to provide FEMA Flexible short-term corporate housing options! You may not speak with her often, but she is busy behind the scenes. She has a passion for animals and helps many rescue organizations. She is a true foodie, loves hiking, horse riding, nature, and spending time with her close family and dogs.

Summer Strobl – Operations Manager

Summer began her journey with Corporate Quarters USA over 6 years ago, working in Puerto Rico aiding those affected by hurricane Maria. She is now back on the mainland in Florida with her furry feline Bombshell. Her primary goal is providing our guests with a comfortable and safe home away from home. She handles several aspects of CQ operations from setting up our apartments, to advertising, to being our boots on the ground for any and all locations. She also manages our SWFL properties full-time. Summer grew up in the tiny town of West Harrison Indiana and studied at Kent State University in Akron, OH. She has a passion for the ocean, wildlife & traveling. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, painting, a good book, and going to the beach.

Lily Krupa – Marketing

Born in Guangzhou, China, Lily was adopted as a baby in the USA, growing up in Florida and now residing in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina, where she attends high school. She loves designing the brochures, help guides and social media posts for Corporate Quarters USA to keep us current. Furthermore, she maintains our blog and helps with our referral program. Lily enjoys traveling and visiting extended family every year in England. She also loves Key Club and volunteering in Asheville. Her future job interests lie in marketing, graphic design and anything computers. When Lily is not at school or working, she enjoys drawing, reading, puzzles, and brainteasers.

Nicole Casel – Customer Relations

Nicole is embracing new career challenges with CQUSA. From handling check-in and check-out procedures to managing all the intricate behind-the-scenes operations, Nicole is dedicated to ensuring that your experience with Corporate Quarters exceeds all expectations. Raised in the coastal town of Port Orange, Florida. Nicole now finds herself settled down in the small town of Chuluota, FL where she is surrounded by her furry companions – from dogs to a bunny and goats. With a well-established reputation for her exceptional work ethic and unparalleled attention to detail, Nicole exudes confidence in her ability to immediately elevate CQUSA to new heights.

Brittany Parker – CEO

You will likely cross paths with Brittany as your first point of contact with Corporate Quarters USA. Brittany has been working with us for 10 years and while she manages a large component of our business behind the scenes, delivering excellent customer experiences is truly her specialty. Brittany prides herself on going above and beyond to ensure you are well taken care of in every regard. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 6 year old son, Brody, soaking up some sunshine whether it is on the boat or at the beach, and traveling. Sandy Bevan – Billing Specialist

From rural Upstate New York to Los Angeles, Austin, Florida and now North Carolina, Sandy has experienced much of the United States. Having lived through the Northridge earthquake, been close to major wildfires and gone through several hurricanes, Sandy has a personal knowledge of the impact of disasters, and a sincere appreciation for the work done by FEMA. Being responsible for the billing of Corporate Quarters USA guests is a perfect “retirement” job following many years spent in corporate finance and technology. Sandy enjoys life with her rescue animals, a furry little dog and four interesting cats. Cooking, knitting, reading mysteries and cookbooks, and gardening fill any spare time she may have. 

David Dion – Information Technology

Originally from Boston and now residing in Asheville NC. David has been in the IT industry since 1986 and currently owns The Brick Computer, Inc. headquartered north of Boston. His team in New England maintains a traditional Brick and Mortar store, however David works exclusively remotely and manages the IT need of hundreds of clients from sole proprietors to international businesses. Maintaining a host of responsibilities for Corporate Quarters USA, from hardware, security, and email, as well as end user technical support. David studied at Wentworth Technology and enjoys mountain living, hiking, traveling, golf, and is an avid gardener.
