Following are frequently asked questions regarding furnished corporate housing through Corporate Quarters.
Do you only work with companies?
No. We work with individuals as well as companies to provide temporary housing solutions to fit the needs of our clients. Corporate Quarters does work closely with FEMA to provide housing for disaster relief workers as well as individuals in the military and those on long-term assignments for work or relocating and awaiting their permanent housing to be readied.
Do I go through a background and credit check?
Corporate Quarters does not require a credit check, however due to Fair Housing Laws, a background check is required by the apartment complexes we partner with.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
No. Most of our clients stay an average of 3 months or longer, but we don’t require a minimum stay. As well, the number of nights away/rotations we are able to cover for “lockouts” depends on location, availability, nightly per diem and are on a case-by-case basis.
What is included?
Our accommodations are fully furnished and decorated with all linens and housewares as well as a full-sized washer and dryer. “Smart” TVs are in the living room and master bedroom. High speed internet is provided as well as a variety of streaming services for TV.
Do you offer pet-friendly housing?
Yes, but each complex has varying pet fees which differ by location and are usually payable directly to the complex and no to Corporate Quarters.
Is parking included?
In most cases yes, but there can be fees for parking based on city and country. We do currently have properties in New Orleans and Puerto Rico with parking fees of $20 per night. These fees are disclosed up front and listed on our website.
If there is a maintenance request or issue who do I call?
Summer or Brittany are available to help and will place a request with the complex for you and coordinate a repair. At move in, we also provide you with the after-hours emergency number for the complex.
Can I have guests over?
Yes. This is your home away from home. Guests are permitted.
What is NOT covered in the housing package?
Cleaning services are not included. Your apartment will be clean when you move in and cleaned after you move out. We’ll gladly connect you with our cleaners if you wish to use them.
