How do I earn StayPoints?
You earn 10 StayPoints for every $1 of qualifying lodging revenue. Points accrue automatically on each stay, with bonus points for stay milestones, referrals, return guests, and verified Trustpilot reviews.
What counts as qualifying revenue?
Lodging charges on furnished corporate housing booked through Corporate Quarters USA qualify. Taxes, third-party fees, and non-lodging incidentals are excluded from point and CTA calculations.
How is CTA different from StayPoints?
CTA (Covered Time Away) is a separate benefit earned on qualifying lodging. Every $3,500 in lodging earns 1 CTA night, capped at 14 nights per year.
How do I redeem rewards?
Redeem StayPoints for gift cards, Visa gift cards, or hospitality upgrades directly through your account team. Rewards range from $25 to $100 gift cards, with hospitality perks starting at 5,000 points.
Do StayPoints expire?
StayPoints remain active as long as your organization has qualifying activity. Reach out to your account team for the full terms that apply to your agreement.
